O dispositivo de RF é configurado para ser acoplado a uma fonte de energia de RF. Um membro de resfriamento é acoplado ao dispositivo de RF. Uma memória é acoplada ao dispositivo de RF. A memória é configurada para armazenar as informações para facilitar a operação de pelo menos um dentre o eletrodo de RF, o membro de resfriamento e a fonte de energia de RF.
