Abstract
"FORMULAÇÃO LACRIMAL DE TRÊS CAMADAS".Refere-se o presente invento a um filme lacrimal artificial sobre a superfície de um olho tendo uma primeira camada em contato direto com a superfície ocular, uma camada aquosa sobre a primeira camada, e uma camada de um fosfolipídeo sobre a camada aquosa. A primeira camada tem poli(álcool vinílico), poli(acetato de vinilo), e poli(vinil pirrolidona). O fosfolipídeo é derivado de Amisol Clear. O filme lacrimal artificial é efetivo no prolongamento significativo do tempo de ruptura da lágrima em pacientes com a síndrome do olho seco.
