Abstract
"DISPOSITIVOS, SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA DESCONGELAR, AQUECER E/OU CARAMELAR GÊNEROS COZIDOS PREVIAMENTE CONGELADOS OU PRODUTOS À BASE DE MASSA". Dispositivos, sistemas e métodos para descongelar, aquecer e/ou caramelar gêneros cozidos previamente congelados ou outros produtos à base de massa, nos quais os produtos podem ser descongelados em um ambiente tendo uma temperatura selecionada e umidade elevada; o transportador é configurado para impedir a inserção precoce ou excessiva dos produtos no forno; o forno é configurado para aquecer os produtos a uma temperatura de superfície maior que uma selecionada; e nos quais o caramelador é configurado de modo a aplicar uma camada de gelatina de caramelação nos produtos quando a temperatura de superfície do produto se encontra dentro de uma faixa desejada.
