Abstract

"IDENTIFICADOR DE USUÁRIO". Aparelho eletrônico concebido para identificar o motorista antes de permitir que ele utilize o veículo e, depois de permitir o uso, armazenar informações de qual o período em que ele o utilizou. Seus recursos passarão a permitir uma segura atribuição de multas de trânsito aplicadas por 'pardais', que não identificam o motorista mas somente o veículo e, tanto o ônus financeiro quanto os 'pontos na carteira' são atribuídos ao proprietário do veículo. Da mesma forma que controla o uso de veículos, será também útil para os mais diversos tipos de máquinas e equipamentos que necessitem de informações seguras sobre quem os utilizou e em qual período.
