Patente de invenção para fiscalização no trânsito evitando delitos e infrações cometidas pelo uso indevido das motocicletas pelos condutores mal intencionados compreendida por uma etiqueta adesiva de material de espessura fina, adesiva e flexível, que será fixada na parte trazeira inferior do capacete; contendo todos os dados idênticos aos da placa de identificação do veículo fornecida pelo departamento de trânsito.
