Abstract
"REGULAÇÃO GÊNICA EM ANIMAIS TRANSGÊNICOS USANDO UM VETOR BASEADO EM TRANSPOSON". A administração de vetores modificados baseados em transposon tem sido usada para se obter a incorporação estável de genes exógenos em animais. Esses animais transgênicos produzem uma prole transgênica. Ainda, esses animais transgênicos produzem grandes quantidades de moléculas desejadas codificadas pelo transgene. Animais transgênicos que colocam ovos produzem grandes quantidades de moléculas desejadas codificadas pelo transgene e depositam essas moléculas no ovo.
