Compreendido por (1) uma base em estrutura de cantoneira que sustenta (2) moega de alimentação que pode ser constituída em chapa metálica, fibra de vidro ou plástico que ligado a um (3) duto de alimentação que recebe o material vegetal que fará a extração contendo um (4) cilindro ou camisa em aço que é constituído de barras soldadas em paralelo, ou cilindro maciço fresado, ou ainda gaiola revestida internamente com chapa micro-perfurada, (5) um eixo de transporte e compressão em aço ou outro material metálico, com duas, três ou mais seções tipo rosca sem fim, cada seção com sentido de rosca inverso a anterior; O 'DISPOSITIVO MECÂNICO PARA EXTRAÇÃO DE ELEMENTOS VEGETAIS E SISTEMA DE FUNCIONAMENTO' contém um (6) moto-redutor para acionamento do eixo no sentido 'A' de rotação, uma (7) bica ou calha para condução dos ácidos graxos ou ésteres extraídos e (8) uma bica ou calha para condução dos resíduos vegetais resultantes da extração.
