A presente invenção agrega componentes dentro de conexões lógicas de modo a se conseguir o produto final constituído de um sistema capaz de produzir grande intensidade luminosa. Com pequeno consumo de energia elétrica e vida útil da lâmpada elevada, colocando o sistema viário em condições de segurança (flash) quando houver pane ou seja queima da lâmpada no grupo focal.
