"APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM BALÃO DE ENFEITE". Tradicionalmente formado por corpo (1) com qualquer formato e usualmente fabricado com filmes plásticos, ou seja, dito corpo inclui pelo menos duas paredes de filmes plásticos soldados em todo o seu perímetro, onde ainda existe um prolongamento radial na forma tubular à maneira de pescoço alongado e que forma o bocal de enchimento (2), igualmente com parede dupla termo-soldada, sendo que as ditas paredes de filmes plásticos que formam o corpo (1) são mono-orientadas no sentido longitudinal do bocal (2), de modo que este último possa ser fechado por um nó estanque (3).
