Abstract
"FORMULAÇÕES DE AEROSSOL PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PULMONAR DE MEDICAMENTOS COM O INTUITO DE PRODUZIR EFEITO SISTÊMICO". A invenção revela uma composição farmacêutica aerossol que compreende um medicamento em solução em uma mistura de um propelente hidrofluoroalcano e um ou mais co-solventes em que as gotículas líquidas aerossóis depositadas quando do acionamento do inalador têm um tamanho de partícula compreendido entre 0,5 m e 2,5 m, com um diâmetro aerodinâmico médio de massa de aproximadamente 1-2 m e em que a fração de partícula fina é de pelo menos 30%.
