Onde o peso do equipamento [F] é totalmente anulado pela mola [2] e o cabo [3] pode ser estendido em qualquer distância necessária à manobra profissional do cabeleireiro. O sistema consiste num compartimento [1], internamente dotado de carretel e externamente de um sistema de mola [2] ajustável, reguladora da tração de carga no cabo [3] que sustenta uma ferramenta [F], sendo que o compartimento [1] possui uma aba [4] perfurada, onde se instala um olhal [5], que transpassa outro olhal [6] dotado de rótula articulada [7], de forma perpendicular e fixada numa cantoneira [8] de sustentação.
