"USO DE DIPIRIDAMOL, ÁCIDO ACETILSALICÍLICO E UM ANTAGONISTA DE ANGIOTENSINA II PARA TRATAMENTO E PREVENÇÃO DE EVENTOS VASCULARES". Esta invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento e prevenção de eventos vasculares e distúrbios circulatórios em um paciente com necessidade desse tratamento e prevenção, especialmente em um paciente sob risco dessas indicações, usando dipiridamol em combinação com ácido acetilsalicílico (AAS) e um antagonista de angiotensina II, a composições farmacêuticas correspondentes e ao uso de dipiridamol para a produção de uma composição farmacêutica correspondente que compreende uma combinação de dipiridamol, ácido acetilsalicílico e um antagonista de angiotensina II.
