O intercalador P-BRO dispõe seqüencialmente, por colunas, um fluxo de dados de entrada de tamanho N em uma matriz tendo 2m linhas e (J-1) colunas, e R linhas em uma J^ ésima^ coluna, entrelaça por P-BRO os dados dispostos, e lê os dados entrelaçados por linhas.
