A presente invenção trata de novas composições, em particular cosméticas detergentes e condicionadoras, que compreendem, em um meio cosmeticamente aceitável, um tensoativo aniônico, um tensoativo anfótero, não-iônico e/ou catiônico e pelo menos um polissacarídeo escolhido entre os hidrolisatos de amido e os frutanos não-iônicos ou aniônicos. Aplicação à limpeza e ao cuidado dos cabelos.
