Abstract

"MÁQUINA REBOBINADEIRA COM CILINDROS AUXILIARES E RESPECTIVO PROCESSO DE ENROLAMENTO". A máquina rebobinadeira compreende: um primeiro e um segundo roletes de enrolamento inferiores (5, 7) que definem um berço de enrolamento para um carretel ( R) de tela (M); um terceiro rolete superior (13) que tem um eixo móvel (13) arranjado sobre os ditos primeiro e segundo roletes de enrolamento inferiores e carregado pelos dois deslizadores móveis (11) para permitir a dimensão crescente do carretel em formação no dito berço de enrolamento. Os dois deslizadores (11) carregam dois cilindros (21, 27) cujos eixos são paralelos ao eixo (13A) do terceiro rolete superior (13) que são dotados de um movimento recíproco de aproximação e distanciamento para ou aproximar ou distanciar o carretel em formação no dito berço.
