Abstract
"ALOCAÇÃO DE RECURSOS PARA SERVIÇOS TERRESTRES E POR SATÉLITE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para melhorar uma alocação de recursos, isto é, freqüência e energia para serviços terrestres e servicos por satélite que utilizam uma mesma banda de freqüência. O processo inclui determinar uma demanda (D~ S~) para um recurso por usuários de um sistema por satélite, determinar uma demanda (D~ T~) para o recurso por usuários de um sistema terrestre, e alocar o recurso entre o sistema por satélite e o sistema terrestre com base em uma relação de D~ S~ para D~ T~.
