"PROCESSO PARA ISOLAMENTO DE PEPTÍDEOS UTILIZANDO AS ENDOPEPTIDASES EC 3.4.24.15 (EP24.15) E EC 3.4.24.16 (EP24.16) RECOMBINANTES, CATALITICAMENTE INATIVADAS POR MUTAÇÃO SÍTIO DIRIGIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o isolamento e identificação de determinados peptídeos a partir de amostras de tecidos animais ou vegetais utilizando enzimas recombinantes de thimet oligopeptidase (EP24.15) ou neurolisina (EP24.16). O método agora descrito compreende o isolamento de determinados peptídeos a partir de extratos brutos de tecidos ou células, animais ou vegetais, e permite a posterior identificação de tais peptídeos os quais, uma vez isolados, podem ser seqüenciados e utilizados para finalidades científicas e industriais.
