Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA FORMAR UMA JUNÇÃO DE FURO DE POÇO". Um sistema de junção multi-lateral selada provê isolação a fluido entre furos de poço intersectantes em um poço subterrâneo. Em uma configuração descrita, um método para formar uma junção de furo de poço inclui as etapas de selar uma coluna tubular em um furo de poço ramificado em relação a uma estrutura tubular em um furo de poço mestre. A coluna tubular pode ser presa à estrutura tubular utilizando um flange com tamanho maior que uma janela formada na estrutura tubular. O flange pode ser selado à estrutura tubular em torno da janela por um selo metal-metal ou aderindo o flange à estrutura tubular.
