Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DEPÓSITOS INJETÁVEIS E SEUS USOS". Composições depósitos injetáveis são providas que incluem um polímero biocompatível, que sofre bio-erosão, um solvente tendo uma miscibilidade em água de menos que ou igual a 7% em peso a 25 C, em uma quantidade efetiva para plastificar o polímero e formar um gel com o mesmo, um agente tixotrópico, e um agente benéfico. O solvente compreende um álcool aromático, um éster de um ácido aromático, uma cetona aromática, ou suas misturas. As composições têm comportamento de afinamento com cisalhamento substancialmente aperfeiçoado e reduzida força de injeção, tornando as composições facilmente implantadas debaixo da superfície de corpo de paciente através de injeção.
