Abstract
"MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA O USO DE CÉLULAS ESTROMAIS PARA SUPORTAR CÉLULAS TRONCO EMBRIÔNICAS E ADULTAS". A invenção fornece células, composições e métodos baseados no uso de células estromais para suportar a proliferação de células tronco embriônicas ou adultas unidiferenciadas in vitro. As células tronco produzidas no método são úteis no fornecimento de uma fonte de células não comprometidas ou diferenciadas e funcionais para pesquisa, transplante e desenvolvimento de produtos de engenharia de tecidos para o tratamento de doenças humanas e reparos de danos traumáticos de tecido em qualquer sítio de tecido ou de órgão dentro do corpo.
