Abstract
"FORMA DE DOSAGEM DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA DUAL". A invenção refere-se a uma forma de dosagem a qual libera dois diferentes agentes ativos em uma forma controlada. Configurações particulares da invenção incluem uma forma de dosagem que provê níveis terapeuticamente eficazes de um primeiro agente ativo e um segundo agente ativo em um mamífero por um período estendido de tempo seguindo a administração oral. De acordo com a invenção, um dispositivo osmótico é provido, o qual compreende um núcleo com dupla camada. O anteriormente mencionado dispositivo prove liberação duplamente controlada de ambas as drogas a partir do núcleo. As camadas do núcleo são empilhadas em uma forma essencialmente concêntrica e excêntrica.
