Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO PARA FIXAÇÃO DE PINO INTRAMEDULAR". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fechamento (10) que inclui uma luva de fechamento (12) e um cabo (14). A luva de fechamento (12) define um canal de pino (16) e uma pluralidade de prendedores de fechamento resilientes (20). A extremidade distante (28) da luva (12) inclui uma ponta tendo uma extremidade de corte (30) e uma guia de pino (32) adaptado para ser localizado em torno de uma parte do diâmetro de um pino de fixação. A luva de fechamento (12) é usada para estabilizar o local e a orientação de um pino de fixação (56) implantado em um osso.
