"HIDRAZONO-MALONITRILAS". A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de hidrazonomalonitrila de fórmula (I), em que R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^ e R^ 3 ^ e R^ 4^ possuem os significados dados na reivindicação 1, que atuam como inibidores de fosfodiesterase IV, e podem ser empregados no tratamento de osteoporose, tumores, caquexia, aterosclerose, artrite reumatóide, esclerose múltipla, diabete mellitus, processos inflamatórios, alergias, asma, doenças auto-imunes, doenças do miocárdio e AIDS.
