Abstract
"EMULSIFICANTES DE SAL DE IBUPROFENO E FORMULAÇÕES DE CREME CONTENDO OS MESMOS". Emulsões e cremes contendo ibuprofeno eficazes para administração tópica do ibuprofeno são fornecidos sem a presença de agente de emulsificação de água-em-óleo convencional. As emulsões e cremes são formados empregando-se o ibuprofeno, na forma de seu sal, como o agente de emulsificação de água-em-óleo. Uma menor quantidade de um agente de emulsificação de água-em-óleo pode ser incluída na composição. A liberação percutânea de ibuprofeno é melhorada empregando-se um composto de realce da penetração na pele, tal como 2-n-nonil-1,3-dioxolano ou acetal de decanaldimetila, como a fase oleosa da emulsão.
