Abstract
"FORNO DE RÔTISSERIE". Um forno de rôtisserie inclui uma fonte de calor e um transportador contínuo montado adjacente à fonte de calor. Vários dispositivos de suporte de espeto são afixados ao longo do transportador, e cada um mantém um espeto adjacente à fonte de calor enquanto é transportado diante da fonte de calor. Dispositivos de giro são providos para rotação dos espetos, conforme eles passam pela fonte de calor. Um mecanismo de destacamento de espeto é provido, para permitir o destacamento do espeto do transportador em uma extremidade do forno de rôtisserie.
