Abstract
"PERÓXIDO DE HIDROGÊNIO ESTABILIZADO". A invenção refere-se a um peróxido de hidrogênio altamente estabilizado, bem como ao seu uso para esterilização química de materiais para embalagem em dispositivos de embalagem rápidos, assépticos. Para a estabilização são empregados ácidos fosfônicos próprios para alimentos, de preferência ácido aminotris-metilenofosfônico.
