A invenção provê compostos cíclicos 1,2-substituídos, úteis para o tratamento de doenças ou distúrbios decorrentes da proliferação celular anormal ou imprópria, tal como crescimento de tumor, metástase de tumor e angiogênese associada, assim como composições farmacêuticas que compreendem estes compostos e o seu uso em métodos de tratamento.
