"DISPOSITIVO DE MINISTRAÇÃO PARA MINISTRAR UMA SUBSTÂNCIA PARA CUIDADO DE SAÚDE ORAL ÀS SUPERFÍCIES ORAIS DOS DENTES, DE TECIDOS GENGIVAIS E/OU DE MUCOSA, MÉTODO DE UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE ACORDO COM QUALQUER UMA DAS REIVINDICAÇÕES PRECEDENTES, E, PROCESSO PARA FAZER UM DISPOSITIVO". Um dispositivo para ministrar uma substância para cuidado de saúde oral para os dentes, tecidos gengivais e/ou de mucosa, que compreende uma tira de um material flexível aceitável oralmente, com uma substância para cuidado de saúde oral depositada nela, ou impregnada em seu volume, capaz de adesão a uma superfície de dente, porém com a função de adesão sendo fornecida independentemente da substância para cuidado de saúde oral. Um dispositivo preferencial compreende uma tira de um material plasticamente deformável, à qual é presa uma camada de um material absorvente, com um gel de embranquecimento de dente que contém peróxido sobre a camada de material absorvente.
