A invenção refere-se à composições de base de goma mastigável, à gomas de mastigação contendo-as e a processos para prepará-las. a composição de base de goma compreende uma mistura de quatro a seis produtos de caseína em uma matriz de polivinilacetato. São também fornecidos processos para preparar produtos de caseína na composição de base de goma.
