Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE DIETILENOTRIAMINA E POLIETILENO POLIAMINAS SUPERIORES". A invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de dietilenotriaminas por uma transaminação da etilenodiamina. A transaminação é realizada a temperatura entre 135 C e 180 C, uma pressão entre 5 MPa e 40 MPa, na presença de hidrogênio e um catalisador particulado, contendo 26 a 65%, em peso, de níquel sobre um carreador óxido. Obtém-se, pelo processo, um alto grau de conversão da etilenodiamina e uma alta seletividade para formar polietilenopoliaminas acíclicas. A formação de compostos de aminas cíclicas, por exemplo, piperazina, é baixo.
