Abstract

"FORMULAÇÕES ENTÉRICAS". A presente invenção está voltada para uma classe de fórmulas entéricas contendo uma mistura de caseinato e uma proteína estabilizante, que é ou do soro do leite ou vegetal. Essas novas fórmulas entéricas exibem cremosidade significantemente reduzida quando comparadas com a fórmula entérica da técnica anterior na qual o caseinato foi a única fonte de proteína. A invenção também inclui um método para reduzir a cremosidade na fórmula entérica.
