Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE ESCITALOPRAM, E, INTERMEDIÁRIO". Um novo método é proporcionado para a manufatura de escitalopram. O método compreende a separação cromatográfica dos enanciômeros de citalopram ou de um intermediário na produção de citalopram usando uma fase estacionária quiral tal como Chiralpak^ TM^ AD ou Chiralcel^ TM^ OD. Novos intermediários quirais para a síntese de Escitalopram preparados pelo citado método também são proporcionados.
