Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE ÓXIDO DE POLIETILENO MODIFICADAS QUIMICAMENTE COM ESTABILIDADE AMBIENTAL MELHORADA". Novas misturas de polímero úteis para a fabricação de filmes, fibras e artigos descartáveis respiráveis, ambientalmente estáveis e passíveis de enfraquecimento em água e métodos para a feitura das misturas são mostrados. Os filmes, fibras e artigos fabricados a partir dessas novas misturas demonstram uma estabilidade aumentada e uma resistência melhorada, quando expostos a condições ambientais de umidade aumentada e temperatura elevada. Filmes, fibras e artigos fabricados a partir das novas misturas de polímero são particularmente úteis para a fabricação de produtos descartáveis.
