A invenção refere a compostos fisiologicamente ativos de fórmula geral (I); e composições contendo tais compostos; e suas pró-drogas, e sais e solvatos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis de tais compostos e suas pró-drogas, bem como a novos compostos dentro do escopo da fórmula (1). Tais compostos e composições possuem propriedades farmacêuticas valiosas, em particular a capacidade para inibir cinases.
