"DETECTOR DE POTÊNCIA INTEGRADO COM COMPENSAÇÃO DE TEMPERATURA". Um detector de potência (50) detecta um nível de potência de um sinal amplificado (S20) produzido por um amplificador de potência (16) no mesmo circuito integrado (100). O detector de potência compensa um efeito de variações de temperatura na magnitude do nível de potência detectado.
