"COMPOSIÇÃO ESTÁVEL E USO DA MESMA". Composições para o tratamento profilático e/ou terapêutico de doença, particularmente em aves domésticas, compreendendo tilosina, uma tetraciclina e um agente ácido. Opcionalmente, as composições compreendem adicionalmente 2-pirrolidona. A combinação acentua o efeito terapêutico da tetraciclina. As composições são estáveis ao armazenamento na forma em que elas se destinam a ser administradas a aves domésticas. A invenção refere-se também ao uso combinado de tilosina e tetraciclina para o tratamento de doença animal, e à conversão de tilosina A a tilosina B por meio de 2-pirrolidona.
