Abstract
"DERIVADOS TRI- E TETRAAZA-ACENAFTILEN COMO ANTAGONISTAS DO RECEPTOR DE CRF". São revelados antagonistas do receptor de CRF com utilidade para o tratamento de uma série de distúrbios, incluindo o tratamento de distúrbios manifestando hipersecreção de CRF, num animal de sangue quente, como por exemplo, derrame. Os antagonistas do receptor de CRF desta invenção têm a seguinte estrutura de fórmula (I): incluindo os estereoisômeros, prodrogas e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis destes, onde R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 4~, R~ 5~, R~ 6~, A, X e Y são como aqui indicados. Também são reveladas composições contendo um antagonista do receptor de CRF em combinação com um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável bem como métodos de uso das mesmas.
