Os materiais celulares são altamente flexíveis, materiais hidrofílicos tendo amplos usos. os materiais celulares são preparados por entrecruzamento físico de polímeros com formação de espuma e que fornecem materiais que têm poros celulares fornecidos pelos usos de materiais removíveis durante a formação dos materiais celulares.
