Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE 2-[5-4FLUOROFENIL)-3-PIRIDILMETI-LAMINOMETIL]CROMANO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de 2-[5-(4-fluorofenil)-3-piridilmetilaminometil]-cromano, os enanciômeros e seus sais, caracterizado pelo fato de que 5-(4-fluorofenil)piridina-3-carbaldeído é reagido diretamente com aminometilcromano ou seus sais sob condições de redução para produzir 2-[5-(4-fluorofenil)-3-piridilmetilaminometil]-cromano, e o último é, se desejado, convertido em um de seus sais fisiologicamente aceitáveis tratando-se com um ácido.
