Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE AQUECIMENTO POR EMISSÃO DE IV E MÉTODO PARA DESMOLDAR LENTES". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um dispositivo para remover lentes de contato macias moldadas, lentes intraoculares de alta precisão e o equivalente, dos moldes individuais (12 e 20) nos quais elas são produzidas. É fornecido um dispositivo de radiação infravermelha ou aquecedor (60) preferivelmente constituído de emissores de IV de carbureto de silício, e o qual emprega um emissor de infravermelho 60 individual para cada molde individual (12 e 20), para imprimir um gradiente térmico desejado. Também são fornecidos emissores de infravermelho que tem refletores (78) melhorados.
