Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE NUCLEOSÍDEOS DE 2 -HALO-SG(B) L-ARABINOFURANOSILA". A presente invenção é direcionada ao processo para a preparação de nucleosídeo de 2 -deóxi-2 -halo- -L-arabinofuranosila, e em particular, timina (L-FMAU) de 2 deóxi-2 -fluoro- -L-arabinofuranosila a partir de Larabinose; que é comercialmente disponível e menos cara do que L-ribose ou L-xilose em dez etapas. Todos os reagentes e materiais de partida não são caros e nenhum equipamento especial é requerido para realizar as reações.
