"DISPOSITIVO DE REGULAÇÃO DA INSOLAÇÃO". A presente invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo de regulação, modulação e repartição da insolação incluindo uma estrutura de suporte (1) de uma cobertura do espaço a ser protegido do sol e meios de acionamento da cobertura num movimento periódico situado em seu plano. Segundo a invenção a cobertura contém pelo menos um toldo (2) apresentando, segundo uma distribuição pré-determinada, áreas (3, 4) de pelo menos dois tipos que se diferenciam por suas propriedades de transmissão luminosa.
