Abstract
"MATERIAL COMPÓSITO DE ENXERTO DE MEDULA ÓSSEA, MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DO MESMO, E, KIT PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DO MESMO". É provido um material compósito de enxerto de medula óssea tendo uma população enriquecida de células progenitoras uniformemente distribuídas. O material de enxerto inclui material de coágulo, preferivelmente derivado de aspirado de medula óssea não-anticoagulado, o qual significantemente melhora a eficácia do enxerto. Um método para preparar tal material de enxerto ósseo é também provido. Um kit é também provido, contendo implementos esterilizados úteis na preparação de material compósito de enxerto de medula óssea, enriquecido.
