Abstract
"PREPARAÇÃO MEDICINAL ADERENTE À MUCOSA USO DE UMA PREPARAÇÃO ADERENTE À MUCOSA E PROCESSO PARA A MINISTRAÇÃO DE UMA SUBSTÂNCIA FARMACEUTICAMENTE ATIVA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma preparação medicinal aderente à mucosa para a ministração de uma substância ativa na medicina veterinária ou humana, contendo pelo menos uma substância ativa, a qual preparação está onde está uma matriz aderente à mucosa que se desintegra em um meio aquoso, a qual matriz contém pelo menos um polímero formador de matriz e onde pelo menos uma substância ativa é dissolvida ou dispersa, e em que a referida preparação se desintegra ou erode dentro de no máximo 15 minutos após a introdução em um meio aquoso ou fluidos corporais, ou em que a preparação inicialmente se torna um gel dentro de no máximo 15 minutos após a sua introdução em um meio aquoso ou em fluidos corporais, e se desintegra ou erode dentro de no máximo 30 minutos após a referida introdução.
