"SUPORTE DE ARTIGO ENVOLVENTE PARA EMBALAR UM ARTIGO, PEÇA EM BRUTO PARA FORMAR O MESMO, E, MÉTODO PARA FORMAR UMA CAIXA PARA EMBALAGEM ENVOLVENTE". É divulgado um suporte de artigo envolvente e uma peça em bruto para formar um suporte do artigo envolvente para embalar um artigo (A), tal como um pote de gêneros alimentícios, por exemplo, o suporte compreendendo paredes superior e de base opostas (18, 14) interconectadas por paredes laterais opostas (1 6; 12, 20), formando assim uma estrutura tubular. É provida uma abertura (36) no painel de parede de base (14) para acomodar uma porção do artigo. Uma aba de reforço (34) é projetada a partir da abertura (36) e dobrada de maneira a atuar como um espaçador, fazendo assim com que o topo e a base (18, 14) fiquem espaçados numa distância predeterminada.
