Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE DEPÓSITO INJETÁVEIS POR CATETER E USOS DESTES". Composições de depósito injetáveis por cateter são fornecidas, as quais incluem um polímero biocompatível, bioerosível, um solvente tendo miscibilidade em água de menos do que ou igual a 7% em peso a 25 C, em uma quantidade eficaz para plasticizar o polímero e formar um gel com isto; um agente tixotrópico, e um agente benéfico. O solvente compreende um álcool aromático, um éster de um ácido aromático, uma cetona aromática, ou misturas destes. As composições são substancialmente melhoradas, o comportamento de adelgaçamento por cisalhamento e força de injeção reduzida, transmitindo as composições facilmente implantadas sob uma superfície corporal do paciente por injeção.
