Abstract
"MÉTODO DE REMOÇÃO DE DISTORÇÃO DE CODIFICAÇÃO, MÉTODO DE CODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO, MÉTODO DE DECODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO, E APARELHO E PROGRAMA PARA OS MESMOS" A invenção refere-se a um ruído de bloco em forma de mosaico que ocorre quando um sinal de vídeo comprimido é reproduzido. Este ruído de bloco é removido, mas a remoção de ruído de bloco de cada bloco utilizando um filtro de desbloqueio impõe uma carga significativa sobre o filtro de desbloqueio. Esta carga é portanto reduzida determinando se a remoção de distorção de codificação (desbloqueio) é necessária, e aplicando um filtro de desbloqueio somente quando necessário.
