"ARTIGO ABSORVENTE DE CUIDADO PESSOAL". Um artigo absorvente de cuidado pessoal, tal como absorvente ou lenço higiênicos, tampão, curativo para ferimento e similares possuindo uma ou mais camadas de material absorvente tratado com um modulador de densidade. A camada ou camadas tratadas são altamente passíveis de umidificação e em contato com fluidos corpóreos contendo sangue ocorre uma redução de sua densidade, assim aumentando a capacidade absorvente do material tratado.
