Colado sob pressão, concebido segundo moderna disposição construtiva para uso variado da engenharia civil, e ao qual foi dada original construção com vistas a melhorar a sua utilização e eficiência na elevação de parede interna e externa de forma rápida e simples, substituindo laje, forro e telhado, gerando um travamento perfeito e altamente eficiente, possibilitando a passagem de partes elétrica e hidráulica, reduzindo consideravelmente a mão-de-obra necessária, bem como o tempo requerido para o levante da edificação.
