Compreendendo um mecanismo (10) de liberação/recolhimento vinculado ao dito objeto de uso pessoal (18), constituído por um carretel (12) vinculado a uma mola espiral de retorno (13), e por um cordão flexível (11), cuja extremidade livre (16) está provida de um elemento de fixação (17) direta ou indireta ao usuário, compreendendo ainda um gerador de energia elétrica (19) acionado pelo giro do dito carretel, e por um condutor de antena embutido no dito cordão.
